Leesburg Connectivity Study 

The Leesburg Connectivity Study is a comprehensive traffic operation study that will analyze the relocation of the SR 32 corridor in Downtown Leesburg to connect with US 19 and to remove the turning movements now required to connect to US 19.  This study also requires investigating the two railroad crossings that would be involved.  The study will also analyze seventeen congested intersections near the seven schools in the CIty of Leesburg for pedestrian safety and vehicle travel improvement.
