Technical Coordinating Committee

The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) membership includes staffs from various federal, state, and local agencies and associations who have technical knowledge of transportation or planning. The TCC evaluates transportation plans and projects based on whether or not they are technically warranted and financially feasible. This committee serves as an advisory committee to the Policy Committee.
